And to put a positive front to this page, the bank approved the short sale I've been trying to close! 5 weeks, and I'll be in a new house. Which is great because I have tenants moving in Wednesday... Still relatively short, but it has been brutal. I'll now have a legit garage, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, 1/2 acre with a stream, fruit trees, and about a seven minute commute. I'm a happy man who will be in debt for a looooong ass time. Still got a rediculous price on the house though. Glad the bank accepted. 1 Link to comment

You'd need to bring some side drafts to make it look like you had a mission. My beer fridge thermostat might need some tuning too. But definately hit me up if any of you are in town. The house is set up with a master suite of sorts that we are keeping as a guest room. (Or rental if times get tough) Link to comment
