Eagle_Adam
draynor stopped by last night to borrow a coupla tools...... and i cant leave well enough alone so we ended up: deleting some un-used wiring in the bay pulling his rad to flush it trying to figure out why he had virtually no heat tossed in a new thermostat and tightened some nuts n bolts but i digress... i looked up into the rafters of my garage and noticed the 280z center console i had up there that i forgot about...... fits pretty good IMO Quote Link to comment

Draynor
New pistons are now pressed onto the rods, also got the polished crank back. Ended up using a different one I had due to some scouring on one of the journals. Almost time for some LZ B) and some car pics... 1 Quote Link to comment

Draynor
So yeah umm, I spent money I shouldn't have...But this I could not pass up :DWent to the yard to grab some needed timing cover bolts, and stumbled onto these wire wheels. They were of no interest to me until I saw how damn small the tire was. Took a closer look and they were 175/50/13s. I couldn't walk out of there without them, Been looking for too long! There were 4 wheels. 3 had 175/50's one of them was corded, and the other wheel for some reason had a 205/60/13 sadly :( Quote Link to comment

We got the timing chain on today, but I don't have the cam gear bolt. So off to get that and a couple others tomorrow...Hoping to have it in this weekend, But we'll see... 1 Quote Link to comment
MicroMachinery
I hate waiting on little details like that. Once I get going, I don't want to stop until it's finished. 2 Quote Link to comment
