Damn. If the bearing clearance wasn't wrong, I'm assuming that you just lost oil pressure to that rod. Did you hot tank everything before you built it? I only ask because there may have been something lodged in an oil gallery that caused starvation in that cylinder..

Alright so "H5WAGON" and I got the L16 back in and running today...A long 11 hours :hairy:

Ended up doing a little bit more to the L16 than we originally panned. After cleaning it up we decided to paint it, as well as some other parts. Got the timing cover, font crank pulley, and rear main seals on.

Got dark fast. Got the motor to barley start, ended up being one tooth off :huh: Fixed that and it fired right up :cool:

Wow I miss my car, Drives,handles,brakes, and feels so much better than the truck :lol: It felt so low after being in a stock height 620 for 2 weeks :rofl:
