  1. Right now, I'm trying to get a hold of a group around my area of Roadsters, and then I'll get back to the planning stages. Next meet will be at Kennesaw Mountain somewhere.
  2. Behind you there. John and the boys know how to get work done. Nice environment, surrounded by Datsuns, Mazda's, Yota's and more. Only complaint I have is that you can't hardly get a hold of them. I've been trying to get with John for months now about a transmission.
  3. This saddens me :( At least she will get moar love soon! Hopefully on here.
  4. very nice. I may do this with some spare metal. Is that galvanized steel?
  5. Click event information on the side bar. Also, HOLYHELL $35 just to park your car with the rest  Does that come with a free swimsuit model?
  6. I think I know what they are :D And yeah, they're pretty damn rare sir. Kuddo's!
  7. Ohhhhh Is it what I think it is? Post more pictures preeeeze.
  8. What is this blasphemy??? Hitch? On two wheels?
  9. What colors your roadster? A friend of mine that works at the track was talking to me about what sounds like you the other day.
  10. I don't think the 92 has a tapered seat, so I doubt acorn nuts is what you want., Probably mag is proper.
  11. After dealing with the dragging brake, I've decided it was time to go ahead and just replace the toasted front shoes again, even though they were brand new. Glassy as fuuuuu. Gonna knock out the rears at the same time. Anyone know where to find the rear shims for the brake adjuster? Mine seem to have fallen out on one side...
  12. After cutting the tire, I decided i like these for now. I need to pull/flare the fenders before the steelies go back on. I've retired the dog dishes and won't any longer be running them.
  13. I'm sorry to hear about your loss. I've never dealt with loss quite that close to me, but I feel like I can understand how you feel. As Z Chopper said, funerals are a celebration of ones life. It's understood why a funeral would be a sad place, but there's no reason why you can't smile as well. Tell stories of the good times because thats what you want her to be remembered for. Don't be afraid to show a few tears, as its natural and emotions should never be held in. It's not easy talking about death even though it is part of the very essence of life, but it is necessary. I think you'll find that when you stand up there and get comfortable, the words will come right out and you'll feel a lot better. Just keep your head up high and know that you have people all over the world standing behind you.
  14. Or maybe they'll find my missing lug nuts
  15. What do you need? I have a trunk lid sitting in my back yard that's almost perfect.
  16. Thank you sir. But it gets better! Did this last night... fat people suck... Did this today:
  17. Wellll er uh, I fixed it :geek: Moved the trailing shoe to the leading position. In the FSM, the skinny end of the shoe is on the front towards the piston on the wheel cylinder. With mine in that position it drags? Moved it around and it's just dandy. Stops like a Corvette (maybe a broke Corvette..) The backing plate isn't bent anymore. It had a small bend that I found by pulling the hub/brakes and spinning the new drum across the backing plate by hand for a minuets. Fixed all the high spots. Still dragging after which is when I decided to try the brake swapping.
  18. Oh for fucks sake, don't tell me you're turning into a hippie :geek: Remember, Drugs are bad, mmmmkaayyyy?
  19. Points and EI dizzys use the same cap ;) Even the L series and A series use the same cap (unless some odd dizzies exist that I haven't seen yet)
  20. Is it leaking from the rear main and puddling in the bellhousing?
