So I'm watching The Bionic Woman last night, yeah I was, and she was driving a Z. I think that's the first time I've ever seen any main TV character driving a Datsun.

I'll have to look through that. I've got a few I've seen in movies and TV. Like I said this was just the first time I ever saw a lead character with a Datsun. I was a bit impressed.

Any mechanic genius' out there in the Lakewood/N Long Beach, CA area can help me look at a 510 tomorrow after 2p? It's been restored and supposedly a rebuild but I'd like a mechanic to look at it as well. Hit me up if you can.

I know the owner, yes the price is high but It's all quality work. Thing is stupid clean and runs perfect. Mario of TSR fab did a lot of work on that car he's still losing out on $$$ but its fairly priced.

It is a nice looking car but I think that's an awful lot for a Datsun. I'd be more willing to put money like that toward a sweet old muscle car.

Took my 210 out for a ride this weekend. I love driving that car! He just can't be my dd anymore cause I don't want anyone to hit him.

I thought new shocks and struts made a difference but after a tranny and carb rebuild Stanley is driving like a champ. I love that car!.

Anyone with a 210 know the length of the speedo cable? Are they the same size for the automatic as the manual? Looking to get a spare from Rockauto.

Ok I thought so but wanted to be sure. Rockauto lists part numbers for both auto and manual but Nissan gave them different part numbers so I wanted to double check. You'd think if they were the same they'd have the same part number through Nissan. Can't make anything easy on a person :-/

use a string to measure out the speedo cable then measure the string ;)

My 210's butt cancer has been eradicated. Some minor rust inside the trunk finally taken care of. Now that the trunk has been repainted and all pretty I'm thinking I want the engine bay painted. That's gotta be expensive.

What is it with people on craigslist selling a Datsun dog? If you don't know the difference between a Dachshund and a Datsun you shouldn't own either.

Need a bottom left door hinge for my 210

New fuel sending unit in and the gauge reads worse than before. Now at a full tank it reads 1/4 whereas before it was about 1/8 off. Annoying!

@Zeusimo I think 83-84 were considered the 910, you didn't look at the one in Portland maxima with the L28ET swap I'm sure he would sell it for better price!
