GoGoGo
Need more pics but my estimate would be from $6-$8K Quote Link to comment
Just Joel
8k on the high side... I'd say closer to 6k Quote Link to comment
bananahamuck
I don't know about 6 with the dent it has by rear door or that the back panel that looks to have a sizeable crease... It looks too me like the drivers side tail light trim is just kinda dangling there... .. Might just be camera angle on it though. Quote Link to comment
Draker
I was going to say around $5k..Location plays to your advantage. 4 doors are cool.. but 2 doors are more sought after. Fix those dents and dings... you'll be looking at maybe 6k to 7k. That car is worth less in the NW.. lots more in socal.. Quote Link to comment
TENDRIL
not worth anything ..... Meh just keep it 1 Quote Link to comment
john510
Bring it to Socal,we got people here trying to get 5 grand for scrap metal and four tires.Edit,in Socal you probably could get 8 k for it. 2 Quote Link to comment
4perrev
It's always worth a million to the owner, but people really try to get deals. Especially on Craigslist. Like John510 said. If you got the time, I would fix the dents and she would go for more money. Quote Link to comment
tr8er
$5-6. Fix dents is hard with og paint. Nice car. I know this thread is insulting, because you have done an excellent job with this car, but cars just blow like that. Nice ride! Keep it 1 Quote Link to comment
r0p0doe
NIce ride man sucks your looking to get rid of it, I'd say 6-8k from someone buying local cash in hand maybe a bit more if you throw it on ebay. Just be prepared to be ripped apart with some replys from ppl it can get ugly... Quote Link to comment
shacks510
Get Jay Leno to pose with it and it'll be worth 12k :P Quote Link to comment

Haha! The car came from Socal! I drove from Oklahoma to San Diego and back in less than 48 hours to get it. If I could get 8k for it, I would drive it right back out there. oklahoma???? most guys want trucks there to hunt right? or old muscle cars who watch HorsePower TV Funny you say that, I'm not so sure how the Datsun market here in Oklahoma is going to play out in my sale. When I bought the car I was dead-set on getting one and there weren't ANY around here, so I had to drive to SoCal to get this one. If I can find someone around here that's looking, it would definitely work in my favor, but if no one around here is looking I could take a hit... Everyone, thank you for all of your kind words and encouragement to keep the car. Trust me, selling it is the last thing I want to do, but life has changed drastically since I bought it and I've more or less lost interest in it. I was single with no kids when I bought it, now I'm married with two young boys and I just don't have the time for it anymore and the money could be put to better use elsewhere. I had been considering having some paintless dent repair done on it to fix a lot of the dents, I think I'll go ahead and do that, along with a more modern set of wheels to make it even more attractive. I've also got a pretty large collection of parts, most brand new in the OEM Nissan boxes, to go along with the car, so I'm sure that would appeal to a potential buyer. Quote Link to comment
Just Joel
along with a more modern set of wheels to make it even more attractive. Less modern wheels ;) I'd rather see these than a modern wheel. Quote Link to comment
Tristin
If you're not really into the local scene, talk to RTB. I believe he's in Oklahoma as well. Maybe he has some connections to help the car find a new home. I'd suggest trying to find a way to keep it and raise your boys with it. Teach them about cars and one day pass it along. That's about what I'm sayin. I got two kids since I bought my second Datsun. I fully intend to teach my daughter how to "drive". Not how to turn a steering wheel. Some 70's JDM rims would suit this ride just fine. It deserves nice shoes. Quote Link to comment
