Dam you Gall Bladder

had plans to go ATV riding this weekend with a whole bunch of friends. but that got ground to a halt. my wife had to go to the hospital with severe stomach pains. turns out she got acute pancreatitis cause from gallstones. her operation is tomorrow Friday. I was really looking forward to this ride since I have a big job starting next week. hopefully I can still make it to canby on Sunday

My advice: When you ask the doc if she will be okay on her own by Canby, do it when she is not able to hear you.

All will be good as it is a very simple operation .

 

I had mine taken out in 94 ,, i do remember that was a helluva stomach ache before it was taken out,  for sure.   They will advise to not eat fatty foods for awhile,, believe them..

My son had his gall bladder removed, didn't fix the problems he was having. The following month they removed his appendix. The doctor called security and had me escorted out because I asked her a question. I asked,     " Are you going to take out his tonsils next month for your mortgage payment"?

Best of luck, shit in your abdomen suck, im still recovering from mine, and a apointment tomorrow cuz another abcess i think burst, worst part is the recovery time since it is so slow :(

Well the wifes gall bladder came out fine but had to be transfered to another hospital 40 miles away for another operation. The duct from the liver to small intestine plugged up with gallstones. That takes a different operation. They have to physically cut the tube open. Not starting the summer off good

That's almost as bad as my hemi pics!  Good luck Farmer, wish you the best, I know how intestinal discomfort can be.  Mine was usually lower until I started eating more roughage, but I've said it before and I'll say it again, "You have no idea how much the world revolves around your asshole until it doesn't work!"  The same can be said of intestines.
