Took video of the first start.....started right up....

.....tried to download vid........

....................computer doesn't see video....

........yet...............I can watch it when I put the card back in the camera....

Can anyone tell me what they think happened.......

 

I think it was lack of oil to #4.....but I could be wrong....just what it looks like to me......maybe caused by over-revving??

 

Rist pin is snug now also.....piston head does not flop around loosly......

All the other cylinders look fine.....minor scrapes on #3 walls.....crank...head...valves....all appear ok....

running super lean for a bit hauling down freeway??  I'm thinking once damage started it probably just snowballed. 

    

When you run a 2 stroke (chainsaws weed wacker singles)  on straight gas the pistions always come out like that,, and alot of times once motor cools down it will run for awhile and the seize to a stop again. But yours having 3 more pulling it around would keep it from stopping.    But that's a guess.
