I lightly I lightly coat the letters with vasoline then when paint is dry wipe offer the paint onthe letters, paint dont stick to vasoline. Neat idea, will have to try that. Here's a two-tone powder coat on a 22R valve cover. Here is their website for anyone in the Everett area that wants any powdercoating done.
