I saw this at canby! real nice thread. why didnt ya say hi?? hell i knew like 3 people their and ive been on this sight a while so with my bordem today I was staring at me real ugly wheels thinkin I wonder what those would look like all black sooooo. jesusno2 Posted July 21, 2010 Author Report Share Posted July 21, 2010 More info on this H190 LSD... what is it out of? its a old roadster torsen unit that i paid alot of money for to find out it didnt fit! apperentley their pretty rare so i couldnt dig up a bunch of info on it. I actually had to machine off 4mm where the ring gear bolts on so it would fit my wagons 3.89 gear ratio. it musta been made for a very low ratio 4.88 or possibly lower. I tried it with a truck 4.37 ratio but the 4.37 and the 3.89 have the same thickness ring gear. Quote Link to comment

It's is possible that it may be stiff I really have no idea :cool: just by cycling the suspension with jacks it doesnt seem bad to me. I really wish i knew a way to find out what spring rate is on each torsion bar just for grins. the bar itself is 7/8, so i dunno if it will be much if any different than a normal 7/8 sway bar.
