Homeboyx
There's a couple in Wilmington I generally go to that actually list their inventory online. The smaller one on Blinn got a couple of 280Z's a few days ago. They did have an 810, 610, 310 & B210 but those might be long gone now. Keep an eye on the site: http://www.pickyourpart.com/locations/ SWEET! Didn't know they actually started listing them online now. Did you go recently? Happen to catch a glimpse on one of those 280z's? I now know where to go tomorrow! :D Quote Link to comment
Cleopatra Jones
No I haven't been recently. Last time I went was a couple months ago. I only head out when they have a 210. There's also another place that has a yard in Monrovia and a yard in Ontario that put their inventory online. Wish they all did. Z's are pretty common so you can probably walk into any yard and see one. Here's the link for the other site: http://www.pickapartauto.com/ This place doesn't keep cars around for very long so you should check their site on the daily and if what you're after comes in get over there asap. Sometimes the cars are crushed after 2 weeks. Quote Link to comment
Homeboyx
Thanks for the heads up. Any idea if Ecology have a online inventory list like those? Quote Link to comment
Cleopatra Jones
Don't think so. I've been doing random searches over the last few months to see what other yards post their inventory online. Those are the only two I've found so far for our area. There is one other but all their yards are in northern california or other states. Quote Link to comment
Heavy
theres a 78 280z here at my work with tags back about 6-7 years haha Quote Link to comment
wayno
Does anyone know if that 66 520 still has the doors on it in the foster yard in portland, it's been over a week since I was there. This one. Quote Link to comment
ghammer
Pick-n-pull fresno has a '69 210, I saw the valve cover was missing, but other than that it was very complete and super straight! Pick-a-part fresno has a '76 620 longbed, doors gone, top end gone, exhaust manifold gone, interior kind of picked through, super straight fenders still there, straight tailgate, straight lower valence(I know hard to believe), and no rust! Sorry no pics.....brain fart.... Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
A '69 210? > Pick-n-pull fresno has a '69 210 Quote Link to comment
Cleopatra Jones
A '69 210? > Pick-n-pull fresno has a '69 210 Yeah I thought that was weird too. Was at the yard in Monrovia today. Cleaning up my score so I'll post a report and pics a little later. Quote Link to comment
Cleopatra Jones
Ok so at the Pick-A-Part in Monrovia, CA there is a 1982 280Z, 1981 210 and a 1982 720 kingcab. Pics below: 280Z 210 (Surface rust in some spots and terrible cancer in other places. Totally jimmy rigged. it was quite entertaining so see a round rear passenger side marker and the regular stock rear sidemarker on the driver's side. There was some light switches wired in the gauges that I have no idea what they were for. Interior was originally brown but the radio cluster and glove box were blue while the dash pad was brown. The radio cluster was tied to the dash pad. I don't think any of the screws were the same size for anything that was screwed in. I took the bumper, the inside plastic trim pieces, 1/4 window latches, the stock side marker, the windshield and some weatherstripping. That car was ghetto and quite comical.) kingcab (I took the 1/4 window latches and the window cranks.) Quote Link to comment
Dguy210
Rocklin PNP Not much here. Couple of Z's though. 280z, 300zx, and a 83 280zx T-Top (yellow?) which was a runner, struts were already gone. Also a blue '81 810 which was still complete and in decent shape. They also had a beat but complete '81 510. Sorry only got very minimal pictures this time. Very stripped 280Z, engine had been pulled out but was still sitting on the hoist. 81 510 (A10) - 4spd interior was not so good, car had been sitting for a while. Quote Link to comment

ShagWagon
can anyone make up a list of wrecking yards north of seattle and around the seattle/tacoma area maybe even portland, that you can pull parts. I havent been in the area long so outside of pick-n-pull I wouldnt know. Ive googled and found plenty of results but with out calling each one or just going there its hard to tell who will let you pull from them, so hopefully i can get some help from someone around here. Unless someone knows where a 200sx with 5 lug front struts are... or has some they'd like to sell at a fair price. I appreciate it Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
Most yards let you pull. The ones that don't are in the minority. When you call, just ask them. My favorite is South End Auto Wrecking. They have yards in Southcenter and in Auburn. 200SX with 5-lug front struts Quote Link to comment
Laecaon
200SX with 5-lug front struts Why so difficult? First thats not 5 lug, but clearly 4. Second, wrong 200sx. 1 Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
It's not difficult. There are many Seattle-area yards that let you pull parts. What year 200SX are you looking for? Quote Link to comment
Laecaon
Thanks for the confirmation. Quote Link to comment

What year 200SX are you looking for? where I used to live most wreckers I'd go to wouldn't let you pull the part, they would tell you if they had the part then they'd go pull it. But then again I didn't go to to many yards at that time either. So I guess I'm not used to most wreckers letting you pull your own stuff outside of pick-n-pull. I'm looking for the 86-88 200sx v6 with the 5 lug front struts. or the hubs off a turbo 300zx, you only need the 280zx seal to swap the hubs from what I've read. either way, the rear end I'm working on putting in my wagon is 5 lug.. Just makes sense to make the fronts match Quote Link to comment

ggzilla
> So I guess I'm not used to most wreckers letting you pull your own stuff outside of pick-n-pull. What makes pick-n-pull unique is that they won't pull the part for you. Most yards are both u-pull-it and they-pull-it. A lot of yards though probably the minority are they-pull-it only. > I'm looking for the 86-88 200sx v6 with the 5 lug front struts. or the hubs off a turbo 300zx That is the year range that South End has the most of (1980s/1990s). Yards typically specialize in year ranges. Quote Link to comment
