Nice score! Maybe you will wind up with some surplus parts to share with others at a reasonable cost. I have a small laundry list i've been keeping an eye out for replacing many non-Datsun part substitutes and missing stuff on my own PL310, including: E1 engine fan blade, generator and voltage regulator, starter solenoid (the type mounted on the inner splash shield), rear bumper filler (my PL310 is missing the flat horizontal sheet metal between the body and bumper, see pic below), a couple of stock wheels and a factory radio (working or not).
My Bluebird rust repairs are still in work. Just finished the RHS floor installation last week and welded the outer sill onto the body last night. The only big repair left to do is weld the A-post assembly onto the body.

I definitely have E1 fan blades for you. The bumper filler might be a part I’ll be keeping but I’ll let you know.

Slide a Miata lower under it maybe?

That would be pretty neat but I’m going for restoration on the 310 and the 311 parts car is going to donate everything it has.

Maybe with the 312 wagon I’m not doing anything with. I just revisited the Misinformation thread. A 312 wagon has the same track width as a 411.

Cleaned out the parts car today. Pulled a full trash can of crap off the floors and in the trunk. Blows me away how much trash, vegetation and rusty stuff was just laying around.

I always hope that I might find some special treasures when doing a first clean up but nothing too exciting. Did find a factory jack but the crank handle was snapped off. I’ll post a pic of that later for those of you who haven’t seen one of the early kind.

Floors are gone just like the 310 but didn’t plan on using those. Unfortunately the fuel tank is trash. Parts I’ll be using are side trim, badges, window channels, roof maybe but yes to inner structure, front bumper, maybe fenders, seat frames, rear window, rear sill, taillights, license plate light, and the list goes on… Now that have this and the parts from the 310 I’ll just be taking the best from both and making one.

Easy to take pictures when there isn’t a windshield.

Buckets😁

Next post will be after pressure washing the parts car and starting to chop chop.

I’ve got a fever and the only prescription is more rusty parts cars.

I might be picking up this 63 Bluebird parts car. I’m really hoping to find a jack.

rear bumper and trunk looks good

Any idea what jack a pl-310 or a 312 came with? and where stored?

the factory location for the jack on 59-64 bluebird (310/311/312) was in the trunk on the left side, over the wheel well. It looks like a hand cranked high-lift jack.

I wasn’t able to recover the parts car because it was too buried and blocked in but they let me take parts so that was a win. I got the good bumper, bumper filler panel, truck lid that has good hinges, fuel tank, gas cap and filler tube, remaining chrome trim, bench seat ash tray, fuel filter bowl, sun visors, and heater box.

On another note, I ended up getting another complete 1963 PL312u Bluebird 🤩 Not a parts car, came with title and bill of sale!

Complete car minus the keys and engine. Grill and front bumper not pictured but I got ‘em!

Haven’t had a chance to dig through it.  Only major issue so far is the doors are seized and the trunk is locked lol 😂

I’ll be driving my NL to Powerland this summer. Not sure it has power to haul anything beside me.

I used my 320 to haul my 1970 Bonneville to the hills then unload and go riding, load up and go back home. It was the perfect hauler for that classic bike.
