The right should have just kept quiet. It's making an issue of a non issue and it's stupid. Less than ten seconds on line and anyone could find this out. Including black people. I will say that growing up she may have had her share of racism directed at her. Most, not knowing her, would identify her as black or mixed black. It's not really obvious to me she's Indian. So she's taking an advantage of her ancestry....

I did not "deep dive" the article. It would be more powerful without the editorial. It is interesting that crime and violent crime are trending down, despite all the media and the millions of guns purchased in the last few years. Relying on statistics is a fools game, as soon as the economy drops and the survival value of things is realized. Then, theft and burglary become capital crimes and "statistics" will be used to bite gun owners in the ass. It is hard to celebrate a drop in violent crime when many beg for violence and it is crime to answer their plea.

Hey I can't help if others disagree with me. First of all politicians, pod casters reporters and tv personalities beliefs are a joke. What makes them fucking experts?? Really, what makes any of those experts in anything?? That leaves intellectuals and scientists. Vance calling that "stolen valor" also comes as no surprise. Not saying dems are any better, but throwing shit at each other is part & parcel in the game of politics.

You know your getting pretty far out there, when I am the voice of moderation. Trump is many things and many of them I don't like and he certainly isn't a savior. The things you state are not figuratively in dispute, but they are literally in dispute. Much like I have evidence and fact supported claims supporting my "their coming for my guns", but people believe what they believe. I am fairly certain that we can agree Hitler's greatest atrocity was attempting to exterminate the Jews, that was the plan he authored, what he promoted and what he attempted to achieve. What is the equivalent for Trump? 

Before the knee jerks, separate Trump from the Republican party, unless it is your contention that the entire Republican party is attempting to overthrow democracy. If the latter, then that is a separate discussion.

I'm thinking it's not Trump that can't or doesn't get to decide what color Harris is. That's on her alone and nobody else. She's the one flip flopping (along with the Dems) all over the place about it depending on what city she's campaigning in. She's the one changing the way she talks as she moves about different cities. That has zero to do with Trump. Remember he was asked about that at a media get together that Harris was afraid to attend. And he answered. No matter what his answer would have been it would be considered inappropriate. He was right though, Harris couldn't make up her mind. Maybe the question was inappropriate ? And Walz's rank was reduced when he retired so there goes another one his exaggerations down the  drain.
