Clutch line.....

 

I use coat hanger the same length as the tubing to make a mockup.......

i texted him sunday and we spoke briefly .. outside our group cause everyone was going to bed so i just sent it to him lol ... we have tried multiple tools up here and the cheap ones suck but the expensive ones suck almost as bad

Here's what I was doing on the mill.....

I needed the two bottom spacers perfect becuz of clearance to the alternator......

In my experience when double flaring tubing,,,,  most of the time it is operator error not the tool.   Even the best, most elaborate,  expensive tool in the world only goes so far.. I use an ACE hardware one i have had since the late 80s MOST of the time it works perfectly.................

 

And that's all i got to say about that.

 

 

 

Anyways,,, i didn't really notice reading it in here,,  but was this supposed to be getting done for the trip to Canby this year?
