The FBI previously stated that an Obama secret account was communicating with the unsecure, private email server set up by Hillary Clinton. Not a hight tech hack by any means, but effective. Only drawback is it leaves a very clear path back to the IPP address that sent it. The disruption was short and primarily isolated to the East coast. Disappointing IMO. Had the shut down been focused on the people / entity that shut Julian down, it might have been a tit for tat, but this is more like a tit for water mellon.
