skyblue
Just curious why you chrome stainless stuff? Stainless lasts way longer than chrome imo. Quote Link to comment

]2eDeYe
What you are looking for is called a "book screw". It would be perfectly suited for the task, and removing the hood at the pivot would be rad. http://www.mcmaster.com/#binding-posts/=vhqu8m 2 Quote Link to comment
mrbigtanker
So bumpers look like better then new. Shaved the License plate holes and decided to run the guards. Just waiting now on the NOS bumper guard rubbers. Might not be getting body work love but everything else is cumming to play. 4 Quote Link to comment
tr8er
Fuck yeah! Pm me the $$ you put out for that if your okay with that request. Quote Link to comment
datsunfreak
removing the hood at the pivot would be rad. Seems like once the hinges are bolted onto the car you could not access the bolt, though? That pivot is buried deep in a hole, and is hard to see let alone reach in and unscrew a bolt? thisismatt
Still not a bad idea to separate the hinge for plating/coating/painting. There are a lot of parts like that which are hard to plate without disassembly, like the stock tailgate handles. 1 Quote Link to comment
