But you get .2 more liters of displacement and 30 more hp and 20 more ft lbs of torque (assuming you pick the right one) with an SR, stock. Supposedly the two motors weight the same when they're bare, so it's all the crap hanging off the engine that makes the SR heavier (lots of which you're going to change anyways, and since there's more aftermarket availability with SR intakes, exhausts, turbo kits, [i don't know if the flywheels are different between the two engines, but that would make a pretty big difference in weight too], etc). CA's are cool, I just don't particularly care for the idea of a modern swap with a cast iron block. Quote Link to comment

Just got the stuff in the powder coat shop more crap taken to the chrome shop.. Waiting for a guy to get back to me about doing one of those SR20/VVL head or what ever they call them.
