Bory
So I pulled the 3rd member to ckeck the gearing, and found 39:8, that's 4:87. A tad low. So now I'm forced to change the rear end out to the 8.8. From the mustang. It has 3:73 and it's a posi. Only thing is I have to narrow it and convert from coil springs to leaf. The 8.8 is C clip type so hard to shorten. I found a place in LA that does it, and I will shorten the housing. A total of 5.5" is coming off. 2 Quote Link to comment
Bory
Factory 521 rear end is for sale now and it comes with the disc brake conversion. If you know anyone. Quote Link to comment
