I use  Breakaway Express all the time to send huge amounts of money to the Honorable Tele-Marketers who call me at dinner time Every Fucking Night. I tell them their check is being sent from the BENIN REPUBLIC, and if they want a tracing # to call +229-99215288 and ask for Dr. Charles Benedetto.

I like the test question and answer, that was a new twist for me.  The letter is missing some key elements, however.

- No mention of the International Monetary Fund

- No mention of the United Nations

- The use of the title "DHL Courier Diplomat" is confusing.  Is he a courier or a diplomat?  I didn't realize that the DHL company was in fact a sovereign nation.

 

Bonus points for using the terms "Hoodlums, Miscreants, and Touts".
