housew Posted July 24, 2014 Report Share Posted July 24, 2014 damn thats a GIANT pulley on that blower (really slow turning SC rotors). So you boost it with the turbos, then try to slow the air down by back paddeling with the supercharger? why? just did me some reasearch on twincharging. Use the blower for low RPM and the turbo for high rpm, and decouple the blower at high rpm to save the losses / heat and keep the boost reasonable. I'd still think that you'd want a smaller pulley though. The big pulley wouldn't make jack for boost untill high rpms when the turbo kicks in anyways. now off to read about supercharger pulley sizes and their effect on boost and where it comes on in the RPM range.
