What do you use for a radiator overflow bottle?

I run a vw rad, there is no overflow, it just comes out from around the cap. Never had it overflow though...

So is the roadster bottle pressurized? My radiator has no cap and is designed to run with a remote expansion tank. That might be a good solution when I get to that point

Yes. And you can even buy the pressurized caps new from Nissan still to make sure you have a working one.

Indeed... totally my bad.  The washer fluid bottle works great as a radiator overflow :p
