Kirden
You could hire me, let me live out of your garage, and pay me with the B2200 and muddy buddies? Fat kids love muddy buddies. I just gotta get my tax check and a plane ticket yo :) On a more datsun related note, moar progress! Can't wait to see the goon swap started and this completed. Grats on sticking up for yourself. It sucks that you had to go to that extreme, but you'll probably be much happier in the long run. Quote Link to comment

Eagle_Adam
First up the head gasket had to be relapsed Then it was out with the broken bolt I win And here is my new cylinder head with oversized super tech valves :D But then it started going back downhill again..... See the hole in the middle See the hole in the middle not torque properly See Adam want to throw things So now I've got some research to do...... ]2eDeYe
But then it started going back downhill again..... See the hole in the middle See the hole in the middle not torque properly See Adam want to throw things So now I've got some research to do...... On how to fix this, off to redeyes KA build :/ Such a design flaw in an otherwise well designed head is annoying. Fix requires heli-coil and a load bolt, just so you don't have to dig. http://community.ratsun.net/topic/22191-1977-620-kingcab-deluxe/page-27 :) 3 Quote Link to comment

Eagle_Adam
Ok...... I've read and read Steve...... Am I correct in thinking the "load bolt" is only there to keep the bolt that just stripped out in place and the heli coil is what's keeping the bolt in the head? Quote Link to comment
