Then I just had to see the 520/521s and now my 620 seems so ugly :P So tanker, I know you like keeping the secrets, but what are the plans for the red truck? Was wondering why we haven't seen updates on it since you are waiting on parts for the real beast. Holidays are not a good reason to hold out on your ratsun family bro... No updates to be honest,i was going to put the Wilwood brakes on the red truck but the calipers they sent are wrong so i am waiting on that to,and i was going to re wrap my other dash pad and change that out to.So i am not a Ford guy but i got a guy that wants to trade me for a 1940 Ford truck,It has a Nova front clip and a 305 under the hood but the problem is it has a Flat bed on it and its nice but not what i want,and i can see the dollar signs leaving my wallet again. mrbigtanker Posted December 21, 2013 Author Report Share Posted December 21, 2013 You guys are funny,give me a break it is the holidays and i have been working every day ad like right now as i type this..lol 1] get the truck running again first and for most 2] re-do the bed skirts 3] re-tune the truck,i talked to my guy and i was assured that 150 HP was more then doable as is to the wheels,he just was under the impression i wanted it so so.So no problem there. 4] Look in to some forced induction system,i am really leaning toword NOS because i like the so called old skool look,and i was thinking since every one is in to turbos why not just do a bad ass NOS kit.You know in case some one thinks they can take me and then just light it up.Plus if it blows up the FJ it gives me a reason to do it again.lol 5] work on gettign the rear end on coil overs real soon. 6] last but not least drive it a little and then gut it and paint it. 1 Quote Link to comment
