how does civic have weird offset???? You mean NO herrafrush???? which IS Rice,It has taseful wheels with proper offset for how low it is considering its 6-7inch drop,hell INDY cant even get a 7" drop on a datsun

That "rice" neon is STOCK . Its a factory SRT4 Turbo car, not rice.

There's an interesting story with these big ass wings. An engineer started looking at the Bug's drag and aero models and found that there are MASSIVE turbulence eddies that happen just off of the ass end of the car; so much so that it creates a vacuum pocket that essentially anchors the car in the air.

 

These big wings, and they must have the huge vertical flaps, actually improved his miles per gallon by about 15%.
