jesusno2
Just gotta get some seals in the rear diff and the body can go back on. Need to get a battery. Think we are gonna put it between the frame and the bed right behind the cab on the passenger side. Quote Link to comment

Loren O
I can't wait to see this with the body back on! This truck is so BADASS!! I wish I could afford to do any of these modifications to my 521 ! Quote Link to comment
boarlin
I can't afford it either, that's why its such a slow progress, just one piece at a time. We will you get it done eventually though Quote Link to comment

AlliedPerformance
Super clean build! Just skimmed through, now Im going back for the details! Did you narrow the Toyota rear end? Quote Link to comment
boarlin
Yes, a first generation Toyota 4wd axle housing narrowed 1.5" on each side and ifs axles narrowed 3". The reason for the ifs axles is because you need at least 3" to have them resplined Quote Link to comment
Kirden
Very nice work. I wish I could do this work. The welding classes are a start, but where do I get all this suspension mumbo jumbo from? lol Can't wait to see the final product. Quote Link to comment
boarlin
Thanks man, Luke "jesusno2" is the welder. Im not much good at it, I can weld but can't do that pretty of a job. The rear suspension program we got off a 4x4 forum, and the front suspension calculator program we bought Quote Link to comment
Kirden
Yea, honestly I know nothing about suspension. Thinking suspension tech is going to be next at the community college. Quote Link to comment
boarlin
We didn't either, just did alot of research and bought a quality program and ran a ton of numbers Quote Link to comment
Kirden
Oh wow, you go guys. I honestly thought y'all were pros with that quality of work. Good luck with the project :) Quote Link to comment
jrock4224
im just being real( not a hater) ........and I love, love, love jesus's work but i think this truck is way over thought and unfortunately will be noisey and cumbersome for the front end.....just saying everytime I seen front end like this its ends up being noisey and fine tuning it becomes such a head ache........I love the work and the thought process....but unfortunately as with most of my projects its gets over complicated and i have to dial it back for a little useabitiy and piece o mind... good work though jesus ........
