You may have covered this, but where did you get those lower control arms from?

And the uppers? I know very little about them, but I think Beebani (sp?) sells them?

How much did they cost, if you don't mind me asking

And what spindles are you using? Just realized those are BJs on them

Your looking at a completely custom setup built by jesusno2. :)

I actually went back and re-read the thread. I felt like a peckerhead.

This is awesome work, Literally piece for piece what I want to do in my 521 except for me using a KA

I wish I knew where to get those adjustable rods for the upper control arms

Yea just swedged tubes 5" if I remember right, the spindles are off a 92good D21. I think the upper ball joints are chrysler but don't remember for sure, but they are threaded and screw into the upper control arm. The lower arms are something Luke (jesusno2) and I came up with using 1.5" tubes doubled up, Luke machined the lower baljoint cups, and we are using stock press in ball joints on the lower arm

I just found & read this entire thread. HOLY CRAP !! this build is spectacular! I'll never need to do anywhere near this to my 521,since it'll be a driver mainly, but it's cool to see the AWESOME possibilities! Thanks for posting this in do much detail, maybe some of it will find it's way into my project.

I hope so thats why we share this info. this truck wont really be a daily driver. But no reason it couldnt be. The front end geometry is 800x better than a stock king pin, or even the factory ball joint setup, and once we get the body back on we can do the alignment on it etc etc. Were still kinda guessing on spring rates and ride height atm.

Awesome build I like the way you guys work. I've done tons of sheet metal work, aluminum panel welding, steel frame welding, and was also a CNC button pusher. I can tell you guys know what you're doing- those welds look fantastic some of the best I've seen (esp on some of these tight parts). Hats off, I'll be following this one and can't wait to hear the results on the suspension work. I'm a big number cruncher too :-)
