The motor looks like no one changed the oil, had 80% blow by, and timing chain was streched. So I will be rebuilding it. Its at the machine shop should get it back early next week. sssr20det510 Posted October 11, 2010 Report Share Posted October 11, 2010 Well not too much of an update bottom end is put together waiting on oem headgasket should be here this week. I hated how the valve cover looked so i had it painted. hopfully will be runing within 2 weeks. I had to have all the valve ground, one valve guid replaced. the oil rings were calapsed and had to drill them to get them out. whoever owned this motor never changed the oil. Quote Link to comment
