You have to look at the point of the game. It's reinforcing a negative stereotype, that is to say, all Mexicans are just border crossing illegals heading for the welfare office, so let's shoot them.

 

This game is only funny if you're in the majority and you don't care about anyone but yourself. Think of it this way.
