philcas1987
last week my fuel level sending unit started leaking fuel. i had just got a new o-ring from nissan the week prior.i say it was luck. it wasnt the o-ring that was leaking, rather the nipple the wire attaches to. thanks to mikey for his sending unit. installed it without a hitch. ive been wanting to change my diff fluid over to royal purple. i have read and been told it can increase break away torque. i think thats what was in it before.thats whats going in it now. it was a bitch taking the old plugs out this and last time i filled it. so i got some blue allen head plugs. id like to see me strip these out. Unclejesse88
Those diff plugs wouldn't happen to be the same size as the transmission plugs would they? What size are they? I was able to get my diff plugs out, but the 4-point trans plug wouldn't budge. I was thinking something like what you used would be perfect to replace it with when I do get it out. philcas1987
i wanted to rewire my ka as soon as it got on the road. it runs a bit weird. the harness was not perfect. ive learned from some mistakes. this time in going to use more generic fuse block and relays. they are more common than nissan ones. look cleaner too!. im slowly chipping away at it. when i swap the harness i want it to be stress free. a couple of hours down time. i sourced a sound ka harness, bussman fuse block, painless relay blocks, and hella 40 amp relays. i deleted useless wires and wrapped 90% of the harness in electrical tape. here is a shot of my under dash tray. its not done yet.
