I really don't like the universal hoses so I used a 240sx lower hose and trimmed both ends a bit and it fit perfectly for my KA swap. philcas1987 Posted January 7, 2010 Author Report Share Posted January 7, 2010 got ahold of another roll of the suppressor by thermo tech. i did my rear quarters. to continue with my 1/4 window latch dilema. i had to call a nissan dealer in omaha for this bracket. this shit is killing me. cant stand the noise,water, and exhaust coming from the loose windows. philcas1987 Posted January 9, 2010 Author Report Share Posted January 9, 2010 at speed i noticed my hood wobble. the rubber hood bumpers were gone!. i ordered some on ebay. in the description it stated the nos packaging will not be included but rather a nice gift. im thinking f it i dont need some old box. the gift is probably some sticker. i was totally surprised! look what showed up. home brew steering box doubler plate, thanks enjride!! i just dug these up from storage. was told there for wilwood calipers. i will build the rear. i dont think i can fit 4 pots in 14's man im exited! little stuff is just snowballing Quote Link to comment

My car was completely missing all the latch parts. I would hurry and order them. Something like 20 left in the whole us according to nissan Dang they get around. I know they are whores. philcas1987 Posted February 1, 2010 Author Report Share Posted February 1, 2010 well not much of an up date. just collecting parts did my headlight eyebrow rubbers with small hose. installed yellow 100 watt h3 bulbs on the hellas did an oil change and installed a magnetic drain plug installed center caps on the rear thanks shawn (cityhunter) one is squished thanks to some moron in a bmw. i got these rear panels from jeremy.thanks! one was a different color so i sprayed them to match. also i sprayed the back with dei boom mat. also did the inside with cool it sound deadner. i havent installed them yet. I just removed my eyebrows, hood trim and the seal around it was breaking apart. I am getting these parts recchromed and wondered how i would seal them back again. philcas1987 Posted February 9, 2010 Author Report Share Posted February 9, 2010 this is one project ive been looking forward to. i hunted parts for months. my car didnt come with anything that relates to the 1/4 window latches. got new latches, one nos bracket. one bracket from 78kingcab, and all stainless hardware. i had to clean the threads on the c pillars with a tap. i couldnt wait so i installed them on my lunch. i didnt even eat.
