Ratsun or Datsun flexfit hats?

I asked my friend today about making a run of hats. His family runs a large embroidery business in Oregon City. I should find out tomarrow how much they will cost. There is a possibility he could have them made up before Canby.

what does everyone think of the design, it can still be modified. I was told pricing should be roughly $20.00, plus shipping. We can get them at a discount if we get them in a bulk order.

I was thinking the same thing. He can stitch it to anything, in just about any color combination.

If we can do custom order, I would get the datsun logo off center on the front, and then the Ratsun wrench logo center on the back.

FWIW:I'd buy two styles of hats:

 

1)BLue with a really large Datsun "bar & shield" on the front(centered).620 on the back

2)Rat & wrenches on the front but a bit bigger than the one pictured.

He told me yesterday the hats are going to have to be standardized, or they will cost a whole lot. He hooked us up, and did not charge the design fee, to set up the machines. That runs $75-$175 to transfer an image into a stitch format. If everyones hat has different style text, designs, and locations, is going to make the hat really expensive. Right now what we have is the rat logo off center to the right, and ratsun.net on the left side. right now the price per hat is under $20.00, but if we get crazy they could cost over $30

Sounds good to me. What colors are available? Let us know when you get a definite price so I can order at LEAST one or two.

 

Also, thankf for picking this up and running with it. Will be nice to have some cool hats to wear at the shows.

I'd take a couple in that style, maybe a couple grey ones. I like black but I'm sure you wouldn't be able to see the stitching. Are the flex fit one-size-fits-all....or what?
