it`s like mine then,,, the exhaust pipe is bubbled out at the end on those ,,,they don`t have a gasket it`s a compression fit.. but it`s late and i can barely see keyboard because most of the lights are off ,,, so i can`t describe any better than that right now..

Do you have a air compressor ?? even a tiny one Maybe spray under cap and breaker points with a little bit of WD40 and then dry with air ,,sometimes that helps with mine. when they get damp..But now imma E dizzy type-a-guy so it`s not such a problem any more

I have seen this on more than one carb and different adapters also and drilled them out just like you,,, i can`t remember which way the studs were to close, just remember they were.

For the most part they probably are way overpaid for watching donuts roll by... :D ,,but from what i have read that`s not why they are striking..

You have no idea what your talking about.... The reason the union went on strike was because 4 years ago the company started using pension funds to pay for the day to day operations of the company ..The workers at that time also took a pay CUT and they were striking to restore their pensions THAT THEY WERE STILL PAYING INTO ,,,but were and probably never going to get a refund on...That`s why the company can go bankrupt so fast,,,they were using the pension funds to help run company..

In my opinion ,, on a L16 L18 or an L20b with stock pistons the closed chamber head is almost always the better choice ..It will sometimes give you run-on after you shut it off with low grade gas on the L20b but not bad.. I love my under powered screamin 16
