You can make an aftermarket switch usable with a bit of JB weld. Just run a thin bead around the back of the switch to hold it in place. Just not too much, or it will run into the switch.

Sounds like possibly IGN switch, which I think is what D-mike was getting at. Aftermarket 620 IGN switches are garbage, because the backing plate tends to wiggle around and the contacts in the switch don't always touch. Try jiggling around the back of the ign switch and see if it makes a difference.

It won't turn over at all? As in, starter is not turning? Or it won't start as in, turns over but doesn't fire? More details.

As the title states I have TWO Falken Ziex ZE-512's for sale. Been on my truck for about a year, with about 90% tread life left. Just picked up some wider tires so I don't need them anymore.
