i work at the parts house, the k and n filter is super cheap for me and i get the cheap oil by the case because my truck burns quite a bit , no sense in burning money!;) the filter however doesnt burn up, oil is oil anyways, there isnt alot, if any difference between pennzoil, havoline, valvoline, or castrol

dont waste your money on the k and n for the hitachi unless your getting rid of the air cleaner, save and buy a weber or some mikunis, look in the for sale section, a guy has a new weber for sale cheap

you can run rattle can primer but beware, primer was never inteded as a top coat and does not protect the metal like a good enamel paint, if you do primer dont leave it on long, go ahead and pick out a nice top coat and get it ready to go, if you want a primer look you can get flat or matte enamel paints, happy spraying
