  1. Most areas of Georgia do not have to worry about smog. Its only 13 counties(?) around ATL that currently have smog restrictions, and even then there is a year exemption for vehicles older than 25 years. Luckily that means even in ATL the Datsuns can run free without going to the sniffer stations  Really liking the build man. Stupid gym dues hit me hard this check but I should be picking up my Z22 block next weekend if it is still in the yard. I'll also be in the market for an open chamber U67 if you know of anyone who may have one. Are you planning to make the next ATL meet?

Hrm Jay, you sure look a lot younger... Hell, you even look a little more Irish, what is your secret bro? How are all those Italians taking to your ancestral change? And btw :fu: With love, from: #cantafforda510
  3. That new taurus badge looks great. Only problem I see is the spacing between the r and a may look odd compared to the t and a. See how the t reaches over the a farther than the r over the bottom of the u. Would need to see one rearranged.

New background. Keep up the great pics man :)
  5. ha...ha... :fu: Yea, all these builds I am following definately prove that I'm a slacker. Finally got my 620 back on the road, but didn't take pics or anything... Still haven't went to the DMV to transfer the B210, and I think there is a 5-speed in awesome packaging sitting under my laundry... I need to move to OR so I can be near motivated people.
  6. Lol, just donate a 200sx with rear discs and a decent S30 to me, that will get rid of some of those pesky needy children :P Edit: NVM, I just realized that I'm a slacker...
  7. Ah those early Zs. I know we talked about this before but early 240/260s have the best lines. That really is an amazing color. Look forward to seeing the restore, but I agree that, since you have touched 90% of the z 5-speeds on this site, it should have a 5-speed by now :P
  8. Your tach is a little dim yo... I kid I kid. Awesome job  So, when do you OR people sleep? So much work on both of the projects and still going, makes me realize how much of a slacker I have been.
  9. Wow, that doesn't look good at all. CX racing is one of those ebay companies that sell the horrid turbos and such, but I had heard that their radiators and oil coolers were decent... Will they give you a refund?
  10. Awesome work but why you no haz shinny mirrors
  11. So, what are you gonna do when you get bored with this one? I suggest a large diesel just cause... :fu: Sorry bro, I'm just jelly :(
  12. Looking at wheel/tires combinations for the B210. I really want 13x7 wheels, but there aren't any decent 50-60 series tires that I can find since Sumitomo doesn't make the 200s anymore :(

Amazing! Thank you so much. Formoza FD1s, 205/60/13. For some reason all I could find were track and dry track tires.

  13. Best part of that eg6 is the fog lights. always loves my honda cause of those :P
  14. Golseth, you are a genius. After all of the crap I have been looking at trying to import a vehicle it can all be solved with one form. Thanks for that. Now I just need to hit the lottery before they change the form...
  15. Pandas aren't orange  ... :fu:
  16. I looked into an SR20, then figured up 8-10k for a proper swap. Another thing to keep in mind is many of the SR20 builds out there have ended up needing a rebuild either before install or soon after. Price a "swap" (~3k for full swap) add custom parts (mounts, wiring, possible crossmember and sway bar, driveshaft, and maybe a steering setup) tack on a rebuild (500-1500 depending on parts available and if you do the work yourself or not) and add all the suspension and braking upgrades. Now factor in how much time you have to work on the car and what work you can do yourself. In the end the cost may not be worth it. If you decide to do the swap get a thread started once you get everything ready. Would love to see this done.
  17. WTFBBQ! I been waitin for years! What a rip off!!! :frantics: Just kidding man :console: I'll gladly wait for my caps. Thanks for providing these again. Now if only futofab would make some more of the original emblems so I can get one more for my B210... Anyway, keep up the great work man.
  18. I'm going Z22e as well, only because that is what I can find in the local yards. I plan on just going LZ22, trying to get between 8.8 and 9:1 comp so I can run my small turbo from my old civic, but I'm gonna contact Master-of-turbonics to see if he can help me source parts when I get to that stage. He built (machining and all) the LZ that MM47 is using and it was built for boost, so I'm sure he would have a ton of knowledge if you want to contact him.
  19. Do you mind going through all of the parts you get for your LZ? Looking at a few different builds to get some ideas for mine. The poor little L18 is getting pretty tired :(
  20. Got the 620 back on the road today. It is nice to have my own ride again.

I know the feeling man. Great job.

  21. And done. Just read through the entire thread. Amazing work. Only thing I'm missing is the pic of your sr23 coming from the clouds. Sadly that pic was broken :( One of these days I'll have the ability to have dreams that may be half as awesome as this build. Till then, keep it ratsun (and mostly on jackstands...) :fu:
  22. We all know who can powedercoat well around ratsun. Like a :ninja:

    1200's unite!!!

:frantics: I want a 1200 2dr sedan so bad. I would trade my B210 for one in a heartbeat...
  24. Very nice, just drop those by my place. You know they would look amazing on my green 4 door  I'm following this topic as well. I know that I don't want to do IRS or coils/link system, but I too am intrested in lowering my B210. I will most likely remove the leafs and get all the measurements then send an order to flex form for a 2-3" drop with higher spring rate. Glad to know that the camero shocks will work. Thats what I used on my old B2200 and they were great. Another good thing is that the camero is heavier, so even stock replacements for it should have a better dampening rate than the stock B210 ones. Edit: gonna drop this right here http://flex-form.com/products.asp
