what's the absolute largest tire I can put on a 620 and still steer without mods. Any recommended tires for offroad but won't shake the truck apart on asphalt?

235/75r15 or 30x9.5r15 with out having to use shackles in the rear. Will have to crank torsion bars up though and slightly roll fenders in rear.

I was running 255/65r15 tires on a 15x8 rim from the 1st owner w/o any issues

I've run really wide tires before bbut they wernt tall. 295/65 r15, but as far as off road tires the 235/75 is about as tall as a guy can go with out rubbing with much lift. With 4.88 rear and lift and seriously cutting Fe.fees out, 33-35 inch tires are possible. Even the 4x4 have clearence issues wiith 33s.

Shit I'm always trying to buy something from the scrapyards. They want 65¢ a pound. Aluminum rims are 1.50$ a pound. I'm about to go pull a load of scrap out of the woods. Weekly gas money.

Selling a 1979 Mercedes 300td. 9.5 out of 10. Low miles. Cream with chocolate interior. It was my dad's restoration project this year and he's gotta let it go to pay property tax and get another project. Asking 5500$ Partial trade for a datsun project. (he likes wagons a lot)

Yeah that one :sleep: We flip a Benz every year to pay the outrageous property taxes. Looking to get around 5500$ for it. Still need to put the hatch struts in and get a button for the arm rest to complete it.

Got the exhaust hooked up. Sounds great besides a small leak at the new flex pipe. I'll fix it soon. Found a sheet of cardboard for my drivers side door panel. The old one was falling off in chunks. Wen't out and got stuck yesterday. Pics n stuff.

There is a really nice early hardbody 4x4 on craigslist. No way I'd get rid of my KC 620 for a hardbody though. I probably wouldn't have had a problem if I was running proper tires. I want to find the perfect balance between street performance and offroad capability. Yeah right, a true all terrain. Either way I need about twice the tire and twice the grip.
