    I want a Z

Until you have oics in this thread...
  2. Bump for good vinyl work... How did that logo work out for you?- I havent heard much from you.
  3. They are 99% aesthetic. They are used by the Bosozoku gangs of Japan as a identifier that they are infact boso. Normally they are hung from the rear bumper to show how low their vehicles are when it drags on the ground. Its the history on the current crowds "drift charms" where they hang little stuffed animal keychains and such from their rear bumpers or tow hooks. Some people like to replace their oh-shit handles with tsurikawa as well.

It better be an oic day
  5. Cool. I like that the chain and gears still function. Good design point. Maybe there could be a vote with people offering their services to make one. Would be cool if Ratsun trophies returned (not that Ive seen any since I havent been to Canby yet :( )
  6. It depends on what rim; there are very few 13s that clear ZX brakes. Im not too sure about the Libres, but I know the VTO "Libres" clear ZX brakes when you trim off an ear on the calipers. Also, any of the spun aluminum racing wheels (Barts, Aero, Bassett, Diamond) in 13in will clear. I had (and still use one as a spare) a 13in Aero Racing rim on my ZX brakes with zero issues.
  7. Personally, I only like Wats out of that list. Don't ever plan to own them though... Not unless I decide to race my '72 GTR on magnesium bronze Wats. How much longer do you think until you're driving the car?
  8. Blurry picture of what I saw on the way to work yesterday (blurry due to night and a quick snapshot while owner wasnt looking):
  9. Ive been thinking about printing a few out... maybe even set them up for some sort or insertable filter. If you google 'headlight intake funnel' there are a bunch of cheap options.
  10. The only non-SSRs I would own would be Riverside Riverges; otherwise its SSR all the way. What did you pick those XR4s for? (If I could only find a set of XR3s...)
  11. Yes, I know most of what you just said. The XR4s and the MKII-Ns were the only rims I recognized (Im an old school SSR fanboy).
  12. You can buy classic JDM wheels that need a little love for a decent price... then slowly refinish them back to perfection. Might be expensive in the end, but you get a legit wheel and it doesnt cost a lot up front.
  13. Your inbox is full... would you mind PMing me when youve cleared it? Thanks!

also looking to get in touch. looking for a carpet kit. thanks.

  14. Maybe thats why I dont recognize them. Very well... good score for someone into domestic wheels. I have actually. Ive personally seen two different sets of new in box XR4s, new in box Streets, and in wrapper (no box) Impuls. Im not hating on your wheels, I promise you. XR4s are nice already and you have a very clean set. Im sure they will look great on the car. I think I was just expecting more from the uber long single post telling me to wait for it.
  15. Sweet fab skills! Was this the manifold that was on eBay?- if not, I know theres another one for sale then. Good work.
  16. If you have a bunch, I would love to pick one up.
  17. Well that post was a let down... I was expecting something more rare than XR4s. Those do look really nice though. And I dont know if I would call those NOS wheels; other than the XR4s that are there, they look like basic new wheels. Did they have any other old school wheels?
  18. Then again I dont drink much beer unless its for drinking games so I may need it. I just want to come back for the kebabs... easily the best on the go meal in the World.
  19. If youve had the pleasure of "associating" with submariners (of any country it seems), then you should know we wont need the bucket. They teach us three things in Sub School: How to sail the seven seas, how to drive a girl crazy, and how to drink like a fish.
  20. Glad to know youre a fan. Were you in the Aussie Navy? Man, it was quite a site to meet some smoking hot female submariners. Why would I need a bucket?- to put beers in? I appreciate the invite. Where in the East are you?
  21. I thought they looked a little flatter than bubbles, but good to know... thanks!
  22. I know flares are off Lowla, but what kind of flares are they?
