  2. Where are you located? Jrock has some pink powder if I remember my last trip to his shop. He could hook you up.
  3. I have what looked like new discs when I did he conversion, but with the way the pads seem I wouldn't be surprised if the discs weren't the greatest either.
  4. I guess I'm used to very expensive pads with different properties.
  5. This guy is on the Realm as well and has decided to cancel all sales. Situation changed again so theyre no longer for sale.
  6. Lol did you have to quote the entire post with those pictures just for one item? Aero rims no longer for sale this weekend. I couldn't get a tire for my SSRs so I have to use an Aero to get to Oregon. May go back up afterwords.
  7. Hmmm I've never had this much dust accumulate before. I guess I'll try switching to Akebobo pieces and try washing the wheels more often. Thanks everyone!
  8. I do daily it, but I almost never hit traffic. I work graveyard so there's almost no people around when I'm on the road. Ill look into the quality ceramics mentioned above. Thanks guys!
  9. No, I've had direct correspondence with Russell outside of the submission form. Oh well, no big deal. Im either not accepted of I have almost a month to receive an email packet. No worries.
  10. They come up for sale every once in awhile. Check eBay... That's probably your best bet.
  11. What is a JDM front end? Are you talking about the grille? If so, there are a few options you can go with: 68-72 SSS, 68-72 GL, 73 plastic SSS, 73 plastic GL... Just to name a few. Which are you looking for?
  12. Well, I'm new to Datsuns, but not cars in general so I'm 90% certain I have excessive dust. I would bet that they are the cheapest available and it's the main contributor. I was mainly curious if there was a good recognized brand that complimented the 510/280zx setup for daily use. This could be a small part of it too, as I always say if I wash my car it will fall apart. All that 40yrs of dirt and grime are holding it together.
  13. Those are badass Mike! I'd rock those.
  14. Currently running unknown brake pads at the moment and I hate them. I purchased a full 280zx strut swap awhile back and have been running whatever pads the previous own bought. They were brand new a few months ago and seem to function decently-ish, but I feel I have an abnormal amount of brake dust. My front wheels are just covered in the stuff. Not only do my wheels look like shit, but I'm sure so much dust only means the brakes are wearing quickly. So my question: what is everyone's preferred brake pad? Not looking for the Walmart special $8/box pads, but don't need to spend $150/box either. I have no power on an L16 auto so I go barely fast enough to even use brakes. I don't autocross the car and I'm not in stop-and-go traffic for long periods. Suggestions?
  15. Not me... I was sleeping until 2pm and didn't leave the house until work at 1030pm. I've only seen that sea foam one here in the area.
  16. That sucks. Hopefully you take care of the wagon.
  17. Cheesy iPhone edit at night while parked at work:
  18. If its metal then it's a 68. 69 models were plastic.
  19. Too bad they're not C30s.
  20. There's like 5 members with items for sale. Might want to be more specific.
  21. Touché. I would personally keep your car and sell the 69 (even though I prefer 69s), But it seems you might have a buyer already for yours. Maybe you should sell it and just rock the 69. Either car is decent with its share of faults so either way you should be ok. Money talks if you want to fix the Z... So I'd say whicher gets cash first goes.
  22. Man, if I could find 1800 Laurel parts I would be in Heaven.
