paradime
Anyone see this coming? Tall body proportions kind of reminds me of the IDX https://autos.yahoo.com/blogs/motoramic/driving-the-toyota-mirai--the-most-futuristic-car-you-can-buy-152757849.html 1 Quote Link to comment

]2eDeYe
It would be nice if they (automakers) would design a car you can actually see out of. 2 Quote Link to comment
Dolomite
Oh Shit!, someone said IDx, better lock the thread! If that's Toyota's response, they need to hit the drawing board again. The IDx is much better looking. 1 Quote Link to comment
tr8er
It would be nice if they (automakers) would design a car you can actually see out of. It's due safety standards. It's apparently not safe to see. 3 Quote Link to comment
RATDAT3
Looks like a mini Lexus... Quote Link to comment
flatcat19
I just hope it has a long list of problems. Need to make some money of that shitbird. What did Toyota axe from their line-up to have the room for that? Quote Link to comment

paradime
To be honest, I kind of like the box flares around those fat rears. 1 Quote Link to comment

flatcat19
I don't think getting close to it with fire is a good idea. Quote Link to comment
HRH
I was going to sign in to post a comment on that ridiculous pile of shit, but I'm not even going to waste the energy. FUCK TOYOTA. That is all. Quote Link to comment

Trophy24
I got a chance to drive one of the prototypes for that car. It was a highlander mule body, but the power train was the most recent generation. Brace yourselves..... I liked it! Super quiet operation with decent power. Kind of like driving the current generation Prius without the engine start. The fill up experience at the Hydrogen station for the 10K psi tanks was the same time frame as a normal gas stop. Cpl620
holy jesus, 10K psi? do you know what happens when it gets into a wreck? they better save the fuel cells ass and say screw your air bags. Quote Link to comment
JoeCool
Looks awful. Did Toyota hire a blind person to design their vehicles over the last 10 years? Because they are all FUGLY! Quote Link to comment
Trophy24
Carbon fiber hydrogen tanks are being built in house at Toyota. Super strong. Safety systems galore just like the hybrids and then some. Ever hear of a driver or passenger being zapped by a hybrid in a wreck? Nope. I teach this subject for the fire service. It does not happen 1 Quote Link to comment
