datzenmike
I may be way to paranoid,,, buuuttt I see electric cars becoming a hazard. Electrocution, battery explosions, general blue light explosions on the freeway. A cup of gas properly mixed with air and ignited = one stick of dynamite and you're worried about a lifter? I worry about being on a highway behind a Pinto.. 2 Quote Link to comment

q-tip
Friend of mine saw a guy at one of the racetracks with a go cart powered by a turbo charger converted to a jet turbine. Quote Link to comment
housew
my brother "borrowed" a t3 i had laying around and converted it to a propane powered jet. It was some pretty hokey backyard engineering (dewalt drill with ziptied trigger running oil pump ect) but it put out some pretty good thrust. Needed to start it with a leaf blower haha Quote Link to comment

DaBlist
Cough, Hey guys, look at this shit. My best attempt at a smooth segway Add a paddle tire and take it to the dunes Quote Link to comment
paradime
Maybe extend the swing arm a foot or so too. We used to just cut a row of nods off a dirt tire and call it a day. Paddle would be better but those things are pricy Quote Link to comment
q-tip
A big bore 2 stroke is more than enough power, I bet that thing is just flat out dangerous setup as it is. 1 Quote Link to comment
smoke
My bet would be that a big 2 stroke would hand it its ass. 2 Quote Link to comment
q-tip
My bet would be that a big 2 stroke would hand it its ass. Yeah, until you hit about 80 and the shear horse power if that thing will push it faster. I'd still take a good ol open class 2 stroke any day Quote Link to comment
smoke
Right and it had better be pretty smooth ground for him to get by. 1 Quote Link to comment
paradime
Guys, this is Hillbilly hardware. To call it pointless would be an insult, It has to be counter productive to be truly successful. Much like a V8 in a 510. Quote Link to comment

Much like a V8 in a 510. I'm not calling it pointless at all. Hell make the swingarm 2 feet longer and it would eat hills like nothing else. Quote Link to comment
