You can't add a turbo / intercooler / wastgate / box / ect for <25 lbs. And with the LS swap your going to relocate the battery so you end up with better weight dist anyways. there is an s15 with an ls1 for sale near me, if the dude didn't want 30k i'd consider it, nice car methinks its worth about 1/2 that.
