mhub91 - Does ANYONE Know where He Went?

    I checked,& 9 of you were listed as contacts.

I sent him (MARK) a part that he "URGENTLY"

needed,(at my own expense),& only asked to be repaid 

for shipping.

        I got no response,no reimburstment,& a disconnected

phone number.

        I've been a (too) trusting person,dealing with English Ford-

people,& getting paid,when I send parts,but this is the 2nd,or 3rd 

timed that I've been burned by people on this forum.

        WHY are people SO dishonest here?

Latest post was the 11th in A-10s U-nite!!!!!.

 

 

 

Taking my A10 to U.P. Garage here in Tacoma, WA in the next few weeks to have Doug fab up a trans mount and make me a driveline!

First it has to be established that you HAVE been 'burned'. Things happen, there are delays, accidents, health issues, forgetfulness, procrastination...

 

 

SO dishonest here? Like it's SO much better every where else??? It's the internet and it's up to you to protect yourself.

Lol. I'm right here. Payment has been shipped out. I told him I forgot, due to focusing on other things. Messages were sent to him. Unsure why he felt the need to post this? Hm... Especially over ten bucks worth of shipping that I have since returned $20 to for reimbursement.

 

To make things simple.....

Sent a part to me for free, asking to repay shipping.

 

Shipping: $10.05

 

Yes, it took me a month to reimburse. I admit, partial laziness, but mostly forgetfulness!

 

Reimbursed: $20.

 

Case closed.

Edit: my apologies for angliagt NOT receiving my messages! I use ratsun on my iPhone with sprint service, so it's not the best. I went back to quote the message I sent him 2 weeks ago saying sorry for delayed shipment but it wasn't there. Possibly due to poor cell service not sending the message.... Regardless. Dues are paid.

 just a thought If someone takes the time to send you a part for free  just the shipping, they have made the effort to help you out 

try to not be lazy or forgetful they are doing you a great favor by trusting you 

PAY THEM ASAP SO YOU DONT FORGET 

CUZ THEY WONT FORGET WHERE THEY SENT IT 

a mailed check is always better then no check  Right  :thumbup:  :thumbup:  :thumbup:  :thumbup:  :thumbup:

 

I am glad this is resolved there are alot of great people on here 

 

there is nothing negative here this is resolved and just a suggestion to take care of things asap so you dont forget 

and communication is key

But was there effort made to remind said forgetful member before a thread was made?

I am pretty sure there was. I don't think the OP would have posted if he didn't. He probably had more patience than a lot of people here.

             Thanks for responding - the part was sent out 9/29.

I sent a couple of PM's,but got no reply,& when I called your

number,& was told that it was disconnected,what was I to think?

             It wasn't me that gave you bad feedback.I posted here

to find out what happened to you -  was there a family emergency,

were you in the hospital?

             If people communicate,it makes things go so much better.

No bad feelings now that you've explained things.

Thank you. And like I said, I honestly tried to message you, but I literally found out the message did not send. (Tried sending last Friday) but I use my phone and have poor service. Now it's obvious why you're a bit angry.... You had never received the message stating reason behind late payment.
