That is all depending on weather or not there has been a pre determined, pre refugee exedous, date chosen. Otherwise the small groups will target their own places and pick their own dates, but this will not be the end, the death toll will surpass the number that your government killed on 9/11. Pretty much tell every Muslim its time to be shipped to your country of origin until your ideology reforms to a much more sophisticated belief, and then western society can decide to integrate with them.
