flatcat19
Salem is ghetto. It looks nice by day. The freaks come out at night. That's a rough town. Especially for children of the night. Id love to move to Bend. Growing city. Tons of recreation. Money hungry pit though. 1 Quote Link to comment
flatcat19
Eugene may be viable. Lots of Datsun peeps near you too. 1 Quote Link to comment
MicroMachinery
I'd live in Bend in a heartbeat. Super fun town with lots of stuff to do. Avoid Salem, as was mentioned. 1 Quote Link to comment

Rick-rat
I was an arborist for many years, I used to treat trees by cutting them off just above ground level to prevent them from becoming diseased, and suffering a slow death 2 Quote Link to comment
tdaaj
Love working with trees. I could be happy doing that all day long instead of mowing grass in the rain sweating to death in this cheap work supplied rain gear. Quote Link to comment

ericsb210
May be an unpopular suggestion, but I have been looking at Shelton (Thurston County). It looks to be one of the last local counties where the gov is not breathing down you neck. Also their is a large mill there and a lot of forest, maybe that fits in with your line of work, somehow..... Only 20 min from Oly, great Sound access. 1 Quote Link to comment

RatVonDude
Or you could just suck it up and deal with life without getting high. Just sayin' And I used to grow it, definitely inhaled. No fucking time for that shit anymore. Waste of money as well. I suppose I can understand the pain thing. I'm just a control freak. I don't like chemicals influencing my life. In fact, I haven't had mountain dew in about a year. After finally kicking that habit, I have between 4-6 cups of tea/day. Which doesn't have hardly any caffeine, and the last cup is herbal. Gasoline, on the other hand, I'm still addicted to. And Eastbay, have you gotten Eleanor running yet?! ;) Ya, kinda feel ya on this one. At least insomniacs doesn't cost money, but it's that same shitty feeling. Ginsing, poo air (spell check) and ginger beer. Quote Link to comment

KoHeartsGPA
Soon enough (like this season) Chip Kelly will wear off on brotherly love town and will head west where he will find a job opening at 49er camp with a QB he can actually work with. Patience my friend! Quote Link to comment
