Tristin
It'd be nice if she picked a cooler car to dump money into. I came here to say this. I love her conviction, but it would be nice if it was a quality car... Quote Link to comment

MikeRL411
all that work...and its going to catch on fiero....(bad pun...intended) Not a bad pun and accurate. Most of the first year's production 4 cylinder "Iron Duke" engines Fiero modified to reduce the size and capacity of the oil sump for road clearance caught fire and burned up. Go V6 version! FiveSeventyZee
oh really? I actually thought it was the other way around...I was under the impression it was the later v6 fiero that caught on fire.. Quote Link to comment
Trophy24
Not sure which ones caught fire, just remember working on those pieces of crap wondering who in their right mind would buy one! Quote Link to comment
Z-train
It was the early ones with the fire issue. And it was fuel related. We had an early 4 banger running 13.2 in the 1/4 mile.Once the fire issue was fixed, the car was relatively trouble free.It met it's demise once somebody on the "Corvette team" realize that if Pontiac ever put a turbo on that V-6,they'd have a car that would piss all over the Corvette for half the price.Coudn't have that now-could they? GM made two innovative cars since 1960-The Corvair & The Fiero. Quote Link to comment
