i know i know, theres so much simple stuff ive been ignoring, my bracket broke and i have a 520 and a 521 so they are off, i have the other braket but ka has been distracting me

notice it scratched up the truck once, it came loose, luckily it didnt fall of and get ran over cause that thing is in really good shape

looks about the same size as my current 5 speed, i will measure tomorrow, but the mounting area is different

Yes you can get the stock speedo to work.  Mike would know what "C" transmissions have the correct cable output.

I would like to know for my other truck about hooking up a speedo cable.its about he same size to,maybe if I get a chance I will get some pics under and in the engine bay again.

thank you tanker, and i see no way on getting the stock speedo to work cause the 240sx tranny is electrical pulse and 521 stock cluster requires mechanical cable to tranny

You can swap in a pinion gear thing to convert it to a cable. Or something like that.

It was a lil bit of a pain to do the headgasket. But finnaly done. Git some pics of it too while we stopped to eat. Thanks for the good times and the meal.

Orange like the outside of your truck,get that motor back as far as you can against the fire wall,if you are staying N/A then a header with the 02 sensor at the collector please,not like my truck.

nothing really other then 02 sensor and its almost on the firewall.do it right,thats what im trying to say.

oh i see

my plan was polished intake manifold, maybe polished valve cover, if not powder coated something like red, and some nice exhaust pipes

and as much as i try to hide wiring the ka still looks messier than l16

1) Polished valve cover

2) Polished intake

3) Orange block

4) Billet fuel rail

5) Ceramic header,make sure to line it up and put the o2 sensor on the collector,more then likely the pigtail you might say will face to the back of the truck to clear the steering

6) and just keep it all clean and run the wiring all enclosed and tucked clean,or get Nis720 to do it for you.

7) My truck sounds cool to with the intake to a HKS air filter.And convert to a single drive shaft if you have not already.I think the 520's work just get it cut down,if you have not already.
