datzenmike
I may have missed the answer but what did you use for the release bearing collar? 1 Quote Link to comment
uberkevin
Got a new one suited for my transmission. 1 Quote Link to comment
uberkevin
I thought i posted a picture of the two side by side. The new next to the stripped one... guess not. Decided to get a new bearing too. 1 Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
The collar has to match the pressure plate not the transmission. For example if you have a 620 4 speed and swap in a 5 speed, you keep and use the collar that you had on the 4 speed. Always replace the bearing. 2 Quote Link to comment

I think u missed the part where hes going with the ka transmission now, instead if the napz one 1 Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Correct, but unless the clutch and pressure plate is being changed the old bearing collar remains with the old clutch. Clutch and bearing collar are a matched set. The transmission used is irrelevant. it could be a dogleg 5 spd, a 4 speed 71B or a 5 speed 71B... or in this case an FS5W71C. 1 Quote Link to comment

They got lights strung across road and the buildings are those old timer type deals. Kinda cool ,, if you make it artsy enough. Quote Link to comment
