wayno
Are you turbocharging this? I have seen a successful SD series turbo-diesel now, here is a link to what he did. http://nwdatsuns.com/viewtopic.php?f=44&t=545 It's a daily driver, but he has to put an inter-cooler on it, it gets to hot going up long grades. His engine is a SD25 though. Quote Link to comment
ninjabortion
http://nissandiesel.dyndns.org doesn't have a lot of activity, but you can find turbos on there, as you know because you have some posts there too wayno haha this one seems to be the thread with the most activity about it, even has the same portland volvo turbo setup you linked... http://nissandiesel.dyndns.org/viewtopic.php?t=495 and a weird drift setup http://nissandiesel.dyndns.org/viewtopic.php?t=2968 Quote Link to comment

Master-O-Turbonics
so I scored some parts. got a 1995 toyota e locker rear axle for $400 and got a toyota front axle (minus a few pieces) for free. I ordered a pile of parts from ruffstuff specialties... doing a little mockup.. crossmember fab kits Installed ruff stuff's long side top truss and made a short side top truss to match. next is to build a front truss for the front axle, shave, and plate the front axle. I also have ruff stuff's rear axle rear truss and I'm getting a top truss from Artec that is for a ford 9" but should work fine for a toyota axle. you have to cut out for the 3rd member anyways... cosmo
Life always gets too busy, my truck build is long since been deleted but this thing looks awesome, I went a different way with just puting toyota stuff crammed in a 521, was much easier getting those duals with 4.7's. I skipped a few, are you going to do full hydro steering? 1 Quote Link to comment
