datsunfreak
wow after going through this thread, i want a 610 now! what is better a coupe or sedan?? Only you can answer that. B) I like the sedan. Others like the Coupe. And so it goes... And quite frankly, 610s are so rare these days you should just buy whichever comes up first. 2 Quote Link to comment
nateees
Well put Datsunfreak! I like the coupes, but wagoons and sedans as well, whichever pops up you should buy! If I had space and the $$ I would buy a sedan and a wagon to add to my 610 collection (only 1 JDM GL hardtop and lots of parts to go with and or on it at the moment) Quote Link to comment

blueribbon
Hey everyone. I am looking into replacing my hammered front seats in my 73' 610 and just don't know which direction to go. It's a built performance car so should I grab seats from an S2000? RX8? Nismo? Obviously I wouldn't like a week of work to fit these things. What do you have in your 610? I appreciate all your opinions. 1 Quote Link to comment
Burabuda
there's really only one direction to go if you want things to look "right" i'd advise having them re-upholstered. they are unique to the coupe and much more substantial/deluxed than the sedan/goon. not a fan of winged sport/race seats in small ratsuns Quote Link to comment
blueribbon
Yes but my passenger seat is the only one salvageable. The driver seat is so hammered, the bitchin' flower-patterned vinyl will probably not be able to be saved. I would love to keep these original however, without another decent seat I'm afraid it will look terrible. Quote Link to comment
Lockleaf
In case you feel like looking in to this option http://www.secondchancegarage.com/public/116.cfm Beyond rebuilding factory seats, if you want to keep the vintage feel, this thread lists some great options for performance seats http://community.ratsun.net/topic/55472-another-seat-thread-vintage-racing-seats/ Otherwise, just look at other seat swap threads and go for it Quote Link to comment
MicroMachinery
I slapped these in mine. Totally cured my erectile dysfunction. 3 Quote Link to comment
