Unfortunately I have found out that sometimes racing a vintage race car that is set up on the ragged edge is not a turn key operation. Being used to thrashing my old NX2000 set up for Street Prepared classification, missing my footwork in the 510 made me feel in every sense "An Amateur". I love the car. It is by far the most raw, temperamental and fun driving experience I have had... and I've even got the chance to drive the V10 Carerra GT. I am still just babying the car at this point in time. The event this video was taken I really confirmed I need a new brake master cylinder and that the carbs needed to be looked over ( which found out the carbs didnt have the vaccum ports on the accelerator pump cooling body plugged, now thats fixed!), along with other things as I'm sure all of you are used to and understand.
